Cecil is the Manager. He has 20 years of combined insurance and brokerage experience. He and his family have resided in Polk County since 1992. His professional designations include the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and the LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Felow). Securities registrations include Series 24, Series 7, Series 65, and Series 63.

Andy Evans

Andy holds a BBA degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a graduate of The Southern Methodist University Graduate School of Banking. He has over 11 years experience in banking and financial services and holds Series 7, Series 66, and Series 63 registrations. Andy's family has been in Polk County and active in the First National Bank for over 50 years.

Kristen Benfer

Kristen holds her Life and Property & Casualty insurance licenses. She supports the three agents / representatives in our office as well as actively selling home, auto, and health insurance to her customers. Kristen also brings 8 years banking experience to her position. She is married to Paul and they have three children. Kristen's family has been in Livingston for over 40 years.
